Services
Tip Top Trough provides eavestrough, roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, and related exterior home services in the Greater Toronto Area. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on property conditions, weather, and other factors. Specific service terms, pricing, and timelines will be provided in individual quotes and agreements.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if:
- Additional work is discovered during the project
- Property conditions differ from initial assessment
- Customer requests changes to the scope of work
- Material costs change significantly
Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. We accept various payment methods as indicated at the time of service. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.
Warranties
We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. Specific warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed on our Warranty page. All warranties are subject to proper maintenance and normal wear and tear conditions.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We make every effort to complete work as scheduled. However, weather conditions, supply chain issues, or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are needed. Cancellations should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Property Access and Safety
By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. We maintain WSIB coverage and follow all safety protocols. Please ensure pets are secured and any obstacles are removed from work areas.
Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to perform our work professionally, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Tip Top Trough and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
